Kristy Maniscalco
Chief Executive Officer
Kristy Maniscalco is the Chief Executive Officer at TruPoint Builders, where she is helping to shape the company’s future by developing employee care initiatives, supporting marketing efforts, and creating programs that foster both personal and professional growth. Guided by a servant hearted approach to leadership, Kristy is passionate about building others up, creating meaningful connections, and cultivating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and equipped to thrive. She believes that understanding each person’s unique journey allows leaders to inspire growth, strengthen relationships, and positively impact both individuals and the organization. Outside of work, Kristy enjoys traveling with her family, including her two adult children and beloved granddaughter, and serving through prison ministry and other opportunities to share her faith.

David Maniscalco
President
David Maniscalco is the President at TruPoint Builders and has dedicated more than 48 years to the construction industry, including over three decades leading the ceilings and drywall trade since founding the company in 1992. Born and raised in Spring Branch, Texas, David is passionate about developing people, building authentic relationships, and leading with integrity, mentorship, and a servant’s heart while allowing God to guide every decision. Married to his high school sweetheart, Kristy, for over 43 years, David treasures time with their two children, granddaughter, and family, whether at church, by the pool, or on vacation together. His greatest fulfillment comes from helping others reach their potential while using his leadership to positively impact lives and share his faith.

Dustin Ferguson
Vice President | ACT
Dustin Ferguson is the Vice President of ACT at TruPoint Builders and has been an integral part of the team since joining the company in August 2018. With more than 20 years of leadership experience, five years of project management expertise, and a background as a skilled carpenter, he brings practical knowledge and strategic insight to every project. Dustin leads estimating efforts for many of our office and healthcare projects, fostering collaboration, precision, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results while strengthening lasting client relationships. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and six children, serving in his church, and making memories with his family in Tomball, Texas.

Charlie Summers
Vice President | Drywall Systems
Charlie Summers is the Vice President of Drywall Systems at TruPoint Builders. He believes great teams don’t happen by chance—they are built through trust, accountability, and a shared commitment to continuous growth. He is committed to cultivating a Buffalo culture where people run toward challenges instead of away from them, knowing that adversity develops stronger individuals, stronger leaders, and stronger results. By investing in people and pursuing excellence in every decision, Charlie strives to create lasting value for clients while building a team that others are proud to be part of. His purpose is to lead in a way that leaves people better equipped, more confident, and prepared for whatever challenges lie ahead.

Ronnie Lavoi
Vice President | Business Development
Ronald Lavoi is the Vice President of Business Development at TruPoint Builders, bringing decades of leadership and commercial construction experience to the team. A graduate of McNeese State University, he has built his career through a combination of operational expertise, strong client relationships, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. Before joining TruPoint Builders, Ronald held leadership positions with GH Mechanical Services at the Executive Vice President and TDIndustries at the Senior Client Executive, where he gained extensive experience in construction operations and project execution. He is dedicated to supporting his team, fostering lasting client partnerships, and contributing to the continued growth and success of TruPoint Builders.

J.R. Fernandez
Vice President | Panels and Specialty Interiors
J.R. Fernandez is the Vice President of Panels and Specialty Interiors at TruPoint Builders, where he is committed to delivering innovative interior solutions, building lasting client relationships, and leading with integrity. He is passionate about developing efficient processes, mentoring his team, and pursuing excellence in every project. Outside of work, J.R. enjoys spending time with his family, especially his sons, playing basketball and following other sports, investing, and growing in his Christian faith.
