A 1,700 square foot space was in need of sophisticated acoustic and architectural finishes that could elevate its environment, and TI Constructors delivered. With project manager Dustin Ferguson leading the effort, the team brought together 480 square feet of specialty work featuring Armstrong Acoustical Ceilings that provide both performance and visual refinement, owner-purchased baffles installed with precision, and Arktura Vapor Cloud systems complete with thoughtful wall installation. Completed in December 2022, this $50,140 project required careful coordination and attention to detail across multiple geometries and systems. Each element was given the consideration it deserved to achieve the desired acoustic performance and architectural character. When the final installation was complete, the space had transformed into an environment where refined finishes and functional design work seamlessly together.
